We’ll review your request and provide a custom quote based on your project. We’ll confirm the apparel, design, placement and order details before production begins.

Once your quote and design are approved, your order moves into production. When it’s complete, we’ll arrange pickup, local delivery or shipping.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimums may vary depending on the apparel and project. Whether you need a smaller order or apparel for a larger business, group or event, send us the details and we’ll let you know what options are available
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN ARTWORK?
No. If you already have a logo or print-ready design, you can send it with your quote request. If you don’t have artwork ready, tell us what you have in mind and we’ll discuss available design options.
WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
Sizing varies by garment and brand, but many styles are available in a wide range of adult sizes. Youth sizing is also available for select apparel. We’ll help you choose the appropriate options for your order.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Turnaround time depends on the size and details of your order, garment availability and current production schedule. If you have a specific event or deadline, include the date with your quote request so we can confirm availability before your order is placed.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Yes. Shipping is available for orders outside our local area. Local pickup and delivery options may also be available. Fulfillment details and any applicable shipping or delivery costs will be confirmed with your quote.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY DESIGN?
Absolutely. Whether you have finished artwork, a rough idea or simply know what you want your apparel to say, we can help determine the best direction for your project. Any additional design work or fees, if applicable, will be discussed before your order is approved.
CAN I MIX SIZES IN THE SAME ORDER?
Yes. Orders can include multiple sizes, and select projects may include both adult and youth sizing. Just include your size breakdown when requesting your quote.
CAN I SEE A MOCKUP BEFORE MY ORDER IS MADE?
Yes. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve your design and placement before production begins so you know how your apparel is expected to look.
CAN I CHOOSE MY GARMENT COLORS AND STYLES?
Yes. We offer a variety of garment styles, colors and brands depending on your project. Availability can vary by size, color and quantity, and we’ll help you choose options that work well for your order.
